ravelight os & free software updates
The Ravelights project started as a simple idea, but leave it to a bunch of nerds to put an operating system on an LED. We built RavelightOS—the operating system that powers Ravelights. It’s smart, updatable, and there’s no other LED system like it.

Reviewer bought Solo KitI’ve been a proud supporter of Ravelights since the Beta days of V1, and I still can’t put them down. Now that V2 is here, they’re even better!
The lights are brighter, more vivid, and bursting with color options. You can choose a single shade, go full rainbow, or get creative with endless patterns. Personally, I’m hooked on the music-reactive mode — it’s like having Audiolink from VRChat, but in the real world. Every beat turns into a visual spectacle.
One of my favorite features is syncing. I can link my two Ravelights with friends at conventions so we blink together like a squad of “light gremlins” XD. Even if we’re on opposite sides of the world, they remember their sync partners and instantly reconnect when we meet again. The range is wild — I can be backup dancing on stage while a friend behind the AV booth changes our settings on the fly to surprise the crowd.
V2 is also way tougher than V1. My friends can grab my Ravelights and pull me around and hug me without me worrying about them breaking — something I couldn’t say for the originals.
Simply put, Ravelights deliver. They make you stand out at raves, parties, or any event where you want to own the dance floor. I’ll keep recommending them until every beat drops to a sea of synchronized lights. I can’t wait to see how this product continues to innovate and get even better! 😀

Reviewer bought Solo KitI’ve been around since the V1 Ravelights, helping spread the word from the very start—so yes, I’m a little biased. But honestly? The V2s are light-years ahead of where they began. They’re sturdier, more vibrant, more reactive—absolute works of wearable art.
Over the years, they’ve smoothed out so many kinks, fine-tuned details, and it shows. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and it makes a difference you can feel.
The Ravelight community is growing fast, and it’s an easy in to a group—spot someone else wearing them, sync up, and join them in the dancing chaos.
I can only imagine what it’ll be like to see a whole crowd synced during a DJ set—lights pulsing in perfect time, hundreds of people moving as one. It’s going to be spectacular.
And did I mention? This is a proudly Canadian-born, Canadian-built creation. Support your local makers—they care far more about their craft than any big-box retailer ever will.

Reviewer bought Solo KitI got Ravelights and have been using them a lot—while listening to music and walking around at nights, mostly. They beat detection mode works so well with KPop music! Recently I brought it for camping too, it makes walking around and setting up tent easier at night, putting it in the tent also giving a nicer ambience.
It is also fun when you come to a party and seeing people bring their Ravelights. The pairing and the beat detection mode altogether bring more fun ambience into the party. It feels like a step up seeing Ravelights sync with the music, and it just makes the party feel more alive!
